Had a GREAT time with our granddaughters!- We brought our two granddaughters to have fun with crafts & swimming. The girls had a great time with planned activities, also hunting for candy in the dark. Glow-in-the-dark miniature golf was great! Good people to talk with and it is a nice place to ride bikes and do some fishing. ~ edp61673 (Trip Advisor)

My name is Trystan Tallman and I am 11 years old. I camp at your campground a lot. I love your campground for many reasons. First, there are so many sites to choose from. Second, most of the campsites that are by the water have a great view. Finally, there are so many activities like painting, canoeing and the duck race every year.~ (Facebook)

Tall Pines is the BEST at having plenty of activities! We’ve camped in many places, from privately-owned to state parks to KOA’s and we have to say that Tall Pines is the BEST at having plenty of activities for people of all ages; quiet, friendly, respectful campers; and well-maintained sites and equipment. Gale, Eddy and their staff go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your stay. Thank you and see you again next year! ~ Mark & Wendy (submitted online)

Love Tall Pines – We have been coming here for the past few years during MotoX race week(end) in Unadilla. It’s so peaceful camping by the river. My boys and friends go to the race while I have a couple of days to chillax, read a book, do some crocheting… It’s a great family campground with lots of activities or you can just enjoy a peaceful slice of heaven camping by the river. See you again next year! ~ Jackie F. (Trip Advisor)

Beautiful sites, friendly people, clean and well maintained. Tall Pines is a great family park and our campsite was absolutely beautiful! My kids loved the playground with the pirate ship and the mini golf and all the other activities! We were there for the Summer Palooza and they had a water slide, face painting, and all sorts of crafts that they brought right to the campsite on their crafty cart.

We camped in the waterfront full hookup area and loved watching the water flow by right from out campsite. We didn’t get to do the canoe trip because my son was too little, but next year we plan to go back with the whole family and paddle up the river as our neighbors said they had a blast. Rebecca D. This is a family campground and we are a senior couple. Nevertheless we really enjoyed it, as the scenery is lovely and the owner delightfully friendly and competent. Enjoyed the pool and the badminton, and watching canoes on the river. Many planned family activities. Pizza on Friday nights made at the campground, and delivered on-site. We particularly liked an E/W site, 35, which is on a hill overlooking the river. In over two months of travel this is the first truly level site we have been given. We camped here in a Motorhome. ~ (RV Park Reviews)

Beautiful Grounds and waterfront sites 🙂  I went to Tall Pines Campground with a ladies camping group. This campground is well cared for and maintained by the owners. It had a nice camp store, exceptional bathrooms, waterfront campsites, a dog park, and very large campsites. We went late in the season so we didn’t get to use the pool or the canoes and kayaks. We had a great breakfast buffet provided by the campground and they even have pizza delivery in a VW Bug. The pizza was very good. I would definitely recommend the Tall Pines Campground in Bainbridge, NY for a short stay or long stay. Angela S. (Trip Advisor)

Nice and quiet in late September at Tall Pines. Mid-week September is a great time to camp at Tall Pines, especially if you like quiet. We like to stay on the water side so we can look out our rear window and watch the river. No cable? No problem! The purchased wifi ($10 for 3 days) is strong enough to stream on our Roku. We’ll see you again next year! (TripAdvisor)

We stayed for 4 days in July and loved it! We are fussy campers with a fifth wheel and have paid for and left campgrounds that we hated….from the minute we pulled in, we loved it! Gail and Eddy are amazing! Loved our site …number ten…loved our quiet neighbors…Sunday we were out if wine and all local stores were closed. Eddy and his buddy Randy filled our glass with wine then proceeded to find us a nice dry red! Holy moly? Hospitality rocks here! We will be back! We will be seasonals! Love this place! Thank you for a great 4 days! Xoxoxo ~ Brian & Debbie Morse (submitted online)

They Really Cared About Our Well Being. Thank you for accommodating us during our mechanical problems and giving us a place to stay. Because of your kindness and generosity, we were able to finally get our RV fixed and be on our way. Because you worked so hard to accommodate us, we were able to relax during what could have been a stressful time. You guys are the best. Jose Antonio (TripAdvisor)

Tall Pines is the bomb! We loved everything about it. It was clean and had entertainment for all ages. Our camp site was spacious. The owners & Staff were friendly and went the extra mile to make sure our stay was special….I was impressed with everything they presented to make our stay a pleasant and comfortable one. Third trip. This is a beautiful location. The property is well maintained, and the staff/owners are friendly and helpful. I was there during off season, so it was very quiet. All of the campers (whether seasonal or one nighters) were very friendly and helpful. Nancy G. (TripAdvisor)

This past weekend was our first weekend ever at Tall Pines, and we could not be more glad we stayed here! First off the staff were beyond friendly, eager to help, and ready to assist in any way possible. The store has every thing you could ever imagine needing for camping and then some!

Second, this place is so kid friendly! This weekend was Jurassic weekend and our little guy LOVES dinosaurs! They had dinosaur crafts as well as a dinosaur egg hunt that he absolutely loved! Their play ground is a pirate ship, and they even have pirates hidden throughout the ship, so be on the look out!

Third, they prepare food right on site, dont feel like buying dinner? We didnt! We got the most amazing Ribs and Chicken dinner, it was delicious!! You could also get Pizza and Wings on Friday nights (delivered in a cute little pink VW bug!!)

Fourth, this was the CLEANEST campground we have ever stayed at! The bathrooms were amazing, the showers were so clean and had really great water pressure.
Also super big bonus for us, they delivered our wood we purchased right to our campsite!!
We loved it so much, we booked campsites to go back for the 4th of July!! ~ Lea Davis (Facebook)

They are the best. Gayle and Eddie go out of their way to accommodate everyone’s individual needs. Nice dog run area too. Great facility, lots to do for the kids, pretty quiet for a family campground as well. You will love the Unadilla river. They rent canoes so you can enjoy the multiple farms in the valley. ~ David Potter (Google Reviews)

Great campground!!!  Had a great time on the river, hanging with friends, evening fires. Quiet, private and relaxed atmosphere. Plenty of activities for kids! Leashed Dogs are welcomed (they even have a dog park area, for dogs to run free)! Will definitely be going back ~ Randy B. (Trip Advisor)

We have stayed on both the river and the pool levels and both are wonderful. You can’t do anything about the weather, but even when it has been rainy we absolutely love Tall Pines and have never had any problems. Last year we came in the spring (which was unusually rainy) but even then we didn’t have any issues with our site. In fact, it looked like they had just added new gravel on the roads and put in a drainage system, and other than a few puddles where they just finished the 50amp upgrades, I didn’t see any real mud problems.

I also loved that the camp offered so many activities to keep the kids and myself busy when the weather didn’t cooperate. Most of the crafts were really cheap (only $7 for a tie dye shirt – shirt and dye included!) and they also offered a bunch of free stuff to do too. I am excited about their new waterfront 50amp full hookup sites since we are planning on coming back this July with our new camper and it will be nice to be able to run both AC’s to keep cool. 10 out of 10 would recommend Tall Pines to anyone. ~ Louise H. If you are looking for adventure and relaxation all rolled into one, TAKE THE CANOE trip! My kids and I recently ventured out on the canoe trip and had the best time ever. We floated down the river, saw 3 bald eagles and all sorts of wildlife! We played in the rapids, went craw fishing and just enjoyed the day on the river! I highly recommend the 2-3 hour trip, you will not be sorry! Bring a lunch, camera and lots of laughs. ~ Elizabeth Finch (submitted review)

We read the Tall Pines Campground reviews and saw the pictures so we had to go! We very much enjoyed our stay. The staff is friendly and the grounds are well kept. We had a river side super site and I felt they were a bit tight but we did not mind. The camp is conducive to fishing, canoeing and Kayaking and there are activities for young kids. It was a bit cool out to enjoy the pool but it was one the cleanest and most well kept pool areas I have seen. I would recommend Tall Pines and we would return. ~ John Louis Fabiano

ATTENTION CAMPERS this is the most organized campground we have been to. The activities were announced over a loudpeaker ex: It reminded us of the movie Dirty Dancing. The best sites are on the river. Staff extremely pleasant! Great pizza delivery to site at night. Enjoyed “mile high ice cream, ceramics, flashlight hunt for candy and bonfire. Very quiet at night. A+ from a very picky camper ~ Patty (submitted)

Friday night pizza delivery was convenient! Owners are friendly. Site was a little snug with a big rig glad the site next to us was empty. The redneck regatta was entertaining and the family enjoyed participating!
Enjoyed floating the river but watch out for crayfish.. They like toes! ~ Mallory Lynn Schaffer (Facebook)

Wonder Camping Experience. We have been seasonal campers at Tall Pines going on 10 years in 2025. Amazing! Tall Pines is an amazing place to camp. We have a seasonal site there. The staff is always amazing and helpful. My entire family has a great time when we are there. If there is anything you need they are there to help. We went home after the weekend and thought we had left the camper ac on, I called and they went over to our camper and checked everything out for us. It is such a beautiful, peaceful and quiet place to camp. Kjell S. (TripAdvisor)

Great place to “get away”  We had never been to Tall Pines but jumped on the opportunity to get a seasonal campsite so we had some place to “get away” when we needed it. We were pleasantly surprised and very happy upon our first visit. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to visit as often as we hoped to; the times we did get to visit were memorable and fond experiences. The hosts, Gayle & Eddie, were very kind and helpful. The other campers we encountered were also kind & accepting of us and our special needs son. We already can’t wait for next season and spending some more time at Tall Pines! Ivy P.  (TripAdvisor)
