WHAT YOU CAN ENJOY WHILE YOU ARE HERE

We are blessed with fresh air and outdoor activities that can be enjoyed even during social distancing! Remember, the great outdoors is not cancelled! You will be able to walk and/or bike around the roads and elsewhere on the property, play cards/games at your site with your loved ones who are with you, build a campfire, or bring your kayak up the river. Think back to when you were a kid and help your kids enjoy the simple pleasures of catching crawfish, tubing on the river, hiking, fishing, or exploring nature.

ENHANCED PROTOCOL

We have always had strict standards when it comes to the cleanliness of our property and facilities but have elevated our sanitation measures to ensure the well-being of our guests and staff by increasing the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting areas.

  • Store purchases will be available for delivery via our new ChippysAPP.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

5/25/2020- Governor Coumo announced the re-opening of all campgrounds throughout NYS. Campgrounds will still be required to follow social distancing, mask use, COVID19 sanitizing, health department and CDC regulations.

Studies have shown that the Coronavirus can live on surfaces and is airborne, and while we will be cleaning our facilities much more frequently, contamination still remains a risk in public areas. It is recommended that you wipe down door knobs, dog park gates and other surfaces with a disinfecting wipe before you touch them. Tall Pines Enterprises in Bainbridge, NY (“Tall Pines”) has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19; however, Tall Pines cannot guarantee that you, your child(ren) or guests will not become infected with COVID-19. Further, camping at Tall Pines could increase your risk and your child(ren)’s risk of contracting COVID-19. By completing your online registration, you acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that you or your child(ren) may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by camping at Tall Pines and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. Registered guests and their visitors understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at Tall Pines may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of themselves or others, including, but not limited to, Tall Pines employees, volunteers, and program participants and their families. You voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to your child(ren) or yourself (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that you or your child(ren) may experience or incur in connection with Tall Pines. By registering you agree on your behalf, and on behalf of your children, that you hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless Tall Pines, its employees, agents, and representatives, of and from all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. By registering you understand and agree that this release includes any claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of the Tall Pines, its employees, agents, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation in any Tall Pines program *

Go Outside! Stay Healthy!

It’s true – according to the New York State Department of Environmental Conversation, studies have shown that simply being outdoors can help boost your immune system, lower blood pressure, help reduce stress and improve your mood, increase your ability to focus (even in children with ADHD), accelerate recovery after a surgery or illness, increase energy levels and help improve sleep!

When we breathe in a nice huge breath of fresh air, we breath in what’s known as “pytoncides“, which are airborne chemicals that plants give off to help protect themselves from insects.

These chemicals have antibacterial and antifungal qualities that also help plants fight disease. When humans breathe in these chemicals, our bodies respond by increasing the activity of a type of white blood cell called a natural killer cell, which helps kill other tumor- and virus-infected cells in our bodies, including contagions such as the Coronavirus.

We are Family here… and so are you!
