Payments/ Refunds/ Occupancy: There are no refunds on seasonal site deposits or payments, and sites are not discounted due to early departure, late arrival or temporary closures for any reason. Sites cannot be sublet and the names on the permit cannot be changed once the season has started. Vacated and/or checked out sites will be returned to inventory. Rental after the site is vacated is at the discretion of Tall Pines and will not result in any compensation, reimbursement, or credit to the seasonal camper.
